My career in the music industry began at just 21. I started at the very bottom—running coolers through stadiums as part of the catering crew—but I worked my way up, learned every angle of the business, and never looked back. More than two decades later, I have the honor of leading from the Video Director’s chair—a role that still inspires me every day.
